Care of your hats:

Feather and Bloom hats and headpieces are glorious at a garden party and love a good jaunt at the races but do try to keep them out of the rain as they will lose their shape. It's also best to keep them away from naked flames and habitual drink spillers. 

Storage:

Please store your headwear in a box away from any damp and strong light.

Packaging:

Headwear will be packaged in a way deemed fit for transit.

If you would like a hat box then these can be purchased separately.

Cancellation: 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Notice of cancellation must be served via email.

Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

If the order has already been sent the buyer will be liable for the costs of the return.

Order process:

Each item is made by hand and to order. Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email.

The item description and colours shown on this website are as accurate as possible. Each item is made or finished by hand and slight variations can occur.

Colours are as representative as possible but it is worth noting that colours can appear differently on each computer. For a specific colour match please request a colour swatch.

Delivery:

Prices shown on the website are excluding delivery. Delivery will be added when you get to the checkout.

There is a set shipping cost for individual items: £5.95 for delivery within the UK and 12.95 for international deliveries

If you are ordering in multiple items we reserve the right to increase the cost if necessary.

Any customs taxes incurred on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to dispatch your order within 21 working days from the order date unless otherwise stated or agreed. This could be longer during busy periods. If you require your order for a specific date please send us an email and we will let you know if this is possible.Returns:

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any items returned must be unworn and in a resalable condition. Any items not returned in a saleable condition will not be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for return costs and are always advised to obtain proof of purchase.

Once we have received your item we will confirm back to you and process the refund. Refund may take up to 5 working days after the receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be for the cost of the item excluding shipping costs.

Bespoke items are non-returnable. Any refunds are at the discretion of Feather and Bloom Ltd.

If you wish to exchange an item you will be eligible for additional shipping costs.
